Legal Framework
Enacted under Section 4 of the 1999 Constitution. Operates alongside the Science and Technology Act, the National Information Technology Development Agency Act 2007, the National Science and Technology Innovation Policy, and the Tertiary Education Trust Fund Act for research funding.
