Legal Framework
The National HIV/AIDS Strategic Framework (NSF) 2010–2015 operates under the National Agency for the Control of AIDS (NACA) Act and the National Health Act 2014. It aligns with the Three Ones Principles (one national AIDS authority, one national strategic framework, one monitoring system), the Global Fund grant requirements, PEPFAR frameworks, and the UNAIDS Global Report targets. The HIV and AIDS (Anti-Discrimination) Act 2014 was subsequently enacted to complement the NSF.
