Term 1-Infrastructure Stock This refers to the total value of a country’s infrastructure assets relative to GDP. For Nigeria, infrastructure stock is currently estimated at about 30–35% of GDP, far below the global benchmark of 70%. Raising this figure means expanding transport networks, energy systems, housing, ICT, and social infrastructure so that they contribute more significantly to economic growth. Term 2- National Infrastructure Report This is an annual publication mandated by the NIIMP to track progress, spending, and project implementation. It provides transparency, accountability, and performance evaluation, ensuring that infrastructure development stays on course and aligns with national priorities.
